Dr. Shelesky provides both short-term and long-term individual psychotherapy/counseling.
Typically, the process of establishing psychotherapeutic care with me follows as such: initial phone call or email to establish a good therapeutic fit between me and you; initial intake session, which includes treatment planning; and either time-limited or ongoing psychotherapy sessions (to be determined collaboratively with me and you).

$200 for the initial intake session
$150 per 40-45 minute session
$175 per 55-60 minute session

Dr. Shelesky is an in-network provider for Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield. Out-of-network coverage from health insurance companies may be sufficient to supplement payment, if you choose to use insurance for which Dr. Shelesky is not an in-network provider.
